Terms of service

These terms apply when you use FaceSort at faceshort.pageworldwide.com, including the studio, groups, galleries and share links. By creating an account or using FaceSort, you agree to them.
1. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You may sign in with email and password or with Google. If you sign in with Google using an email that already has a FaceSort account, you will be signed in to that account.
- Anyone under 18 may use FaceSort only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
2. What FaceSort does
FaceSort lets people upload event photos into groups, detects faces in them, and helps each person find the photos they appear in. Face matching is automatic and may not be perfect: it can miss photos or match the wrong person. Check galleries before sharing them.
3. Your content and permissions
- You keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload.
- You give us permission to store, process (including face detection and matching), display and share your content only as needed to run FaceSort for you and your groups.
- You must only upload content you have the right to share, and you must have the consent required by law from the people in it, especially for children. Group owners are responsible for the photos in their groups.
- Only add your own face as your face reference.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use FaceSort to:
- identify, track or monitor people without their consent;
- upload illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or harmful content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
- try to access groups, photos or accounts you are not allowed to see, or disrupt or overload the service;
- copy, resell or scrape the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Share links
Anyone who has a share link can view that gallery until it expires or is revoked. Share links carefully and revoke them when they are no longer needed.
6. Plans and payments
Some features and limits depend on your plan. Paid plans are charged in advance for the period shown at purchase, and payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices and plan features may change; changes apply from your next purchase. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable once a plan period has started.
7. Availability
We work to keep FaceSort running and your photos safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of important photos.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, FaceSort is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using FaceSort and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
