Agree on the handoff before the shoot
Ask the client who should receive the gallery and whether any other photographer or organiser will contribute. Decide which images are ready for delivery after your own selection and editing. FaceSort is a sharing and face-discovery space; it does not edit or cull the shoot for you.
That separation helps set a clear expectation: finish your photographic work in your usual tools, then use the event group for delivery and discovery.
Give the event one stable destination
Create a group for the event and upload the finished photographs. A collaborator with uploader access can add a second camera's perspective. Send a group invite to people who should browse the collection, rather than attaching batches to individual messages.
If the job spans several days, keep adding the images as you finish them. Newly uploaded photos enter processing without asking you to reprocess the older ones.
Let the audience find themselves
Guests who opt in to face discovery can open My photos. Clients with broader access can browse All photos. Before issuing a public person-gallery share link, inspect the matches and choose an expiry that fits the handoff.
A good delivery experience does not depend on the client understanding your file naming scheme. It gives them a clear place to go and a clear answer when they ask, “Where are the photos with me?”
Finish your own selection and edits before uploading. Give the client one stable event destination, invite the right collaborators, and explain how guests can find their photos. Check any personal gallery before turning it into a public link.
